The 3rd digital methods walk: The web as utopia

You are hereby invited to join us for the third installment of the digital methods walks series here in Copenhagen. Read more about the concept in this brief blog post.

Please note: In order to accommodate another event taking place from 1-3 pm on Friday, we have decided to start the walk-talk 3.15 pm from outside the University of Copenhagen Social Science Library at Gothersgade 140. The new route will start and end there.

Like the two previous walks, we set out from the reception at Aalborg University’s Copenhagen campus on A. C. Meyers Vænge 15. We depart at 3 pm and expect to be done around 5 pm. The theme for this week’s walk is “the web as utopia”. How does the web work as a device for thinking politics? How come the web invokes so many political dreams and nightmares? No specific preparation is needed – just turn up, walk along and participate in the discussion.

The main language will be English. If you plan to attend or have any questions please email ab@learning.aau.dk.

Looking forward,
Andreas Birkbak and Anders Kristian Munk
