Indkaldelse til ordinær generalforsamling (Notice of Ordinary General Assembly)

All members of DASTS are hereby invited to the biannual ordinary General Assembly on June 30th 2026 from 12:00 to 13:30 at AAU Copenhagen (Day 2 at the DASTS 2026 conference).

Important: All members are welcome to:

  1. Submit proposals to be discussed and/or decided upon at the assembly! Proposals must be signed by, at least, one member of the association and send to a member of the board no later than Tuesday the 16th of June.
  1. Announce their candidacy to join the Board of Directors of DASTS. Preferably in writing no later than 16th of June or orally during the assembly. The general assembly will vote for a new Board of Directors no more than 7 members and 4 deputies. After the election, the new board will constitute itself with a chair, co-chair, etc. Before the election, all candidates will be given the opportunity to do a 1-minute presentation of themselves and their ambitions on the board.

Agenda for the General Assembly

The meeting will be held in English with the following agenda:

  1. Election of a director for the GA (Valg af dirigent)
  2. The Board of Directors Report on 2024-2026
  3. Approval of financial account
  4. Proposals from members to be voted upon or discussed
  5. Decision on membership fee
  6. Election for the Board of directors (members and deputies)
  7. Election of accountant
  8. Open discussion: Thoughts and suggestions for the future development of DASTS
  9. Any other business
