PhD position in STS at University of Padova

PhD position in the field of Science and Technology Studies at the University of Padova (Italy), in the research unit (PaSTIS), under the framework of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action COFUND. 

The PhD position is linked to a research topic titled: Science, technology and innovation in the societies of the future. The PhD candidate is expected to propose a project related to the analysis of one or more emerging technoscientific innovations, with the aim of disentangling the relationship between scientific, technical, social and cultural elements, including a view about consequences, expectations and future scenarios generated by these innovations. The research should be theoretically grounded in the field of Science and Technology Studies (STS) with no restriction about social science-based methods and research techniques: any STS approach is welcome.
