PhD position at AU: Development of agile methodologies

The Center for STS studies and the Center for IT Project Management and Innovation offers a PhD scholarship/fellowship in the field of project management (PM) and science-technology studies (STS). The aim of the position is to research the evolution of the concept of agility, and the PhD project will be associated with the project “Rooting agility: Origins, conceptualisations and practices in and beyond project management”.

Applicants should have knowledge of at least one of the fields of project management, history of science/technology, Science-Technology-Studies, anthropology or design. This also requires a good acquaintance to qualitative methods such as interviews, document analysis or similar from fields like for example historical research, action research or ethnographic fieldwork.
